J. C. Donnell (Tanker, 1918)
Probably shown at the Atlantic Refining Co. plant at Philadelphia in a photo received in Washington D.C. from that company on 12 August 1918. Note the wartime rig of a single mast amidships. The Navy assigned her the identification number ID-2250. She continued to be owned by the Atlantic Refining Co. between the wars and became USS Pasig (AO-89) in 1943.

J. C. Donnell (Tanker, 1918)
In service with the Atlantic Refining Co. circa the 1920s with a peacetime rig of two masts. This firm used unusually elaborate funnel markings during this period. The oval contains the company's name and, in the middle, the word "oils."
